Every piece is printed to order in the USA. Orders go to print within 2 to 5 business days and US delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that, so plan on about 5 to 10 business days door to door. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Shipping is $4.99 for t-shirts and $8.99 for hoodies within the United States, and free on orders over $75. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Because each item is made specifically for you when you order it, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind or an ordering mistake. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and a replacement goes to print right away. If a replacement is not possible, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
If a package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but never arrived, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate with the carrier and reship if needed.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not gone to print, normally within a few hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible.
